Tony has worked on many Deal Real marketing ventures and ongoing projects. He has established good working relationships and friendships with UK stars such as Amy Winehouse, TY and Estelle. He also collaborates at an International level, with some European but mainly US artists, such as Kanye West, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Common, Dead Prez and Mark Ronson.

Vincent is a key member of the Deal Real team. A Law graduate,with years of experience in senior level Account Management, the agency and brand relations role is the perfect fit. With a contacts book that spans press, media, television and radio as well as unsigned and high profile artists. Vincent works mainly as an idea generator, connector and facilitator.

Sef is the creative centre of Deal Real, and has worked on a number of projects for the likes of Ogilvy & Mather, Wieden & Kennedy and 3 Network. Sef has also applied his creative insight to developing the look of the shop into a retail outlet suitable for the genres it encompasses, encouraging creativity. Most recently, Sefs focus has been on the website.

Olu is creative on many levels. Being a fully qualified architect, he is visually and spatially aware. He has worked with community based, commercial practices and a national award winning practice. Olu adopts a hands on approach to seeing projects realized, be it architecture, interiors, graphic design or visual media production.

THE DEAL REAL TEAM

The Deal Real team is more like a family with the originators and elders (Tony, Sef, Vincent, Olu and William) providing support to a growing number of youngsters loyal to the Deal Real cause.

From the boys that work in the shop (thanks Richard and all the others), to the artists that have been there from day one (thanks Doc Brown, DJ Inka, Peaches, Blu et al - you know who you are!), to those that have shown Deal Real love in so many different ways (Thanks to AJ, Kat, BK, Alex, Little One, Jonathan, Snips, Yaw and all the rest who are too numerous to mention).

The Deal Real family together with its ever-increasing network of friends has worked hard to forge a brand synonymous with all that is progressive about hip hop.
